Are you a seasoned hard landscaping professional with a passion for creating outdoor masterpieces? Look no further Join our dynamic team as a Landscaping Team Leader and lead the charge in transforming landscapes into works of art. Here’s what you’ll do:
Lead and supervise a crew of 2-4 team members, ensuring top quality hard landscaping installations.

Oversee porcelain paving, natural stone projects, permeable pavers, and retaining walls with precision.

Project Management: Keep projects on track by managing time, productivity, and material records.

Effective Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and managers throughout the entire project.

Adaptability: Recommend modifications based on field conditions, client requests, and supply availability.

Safety Champion: Promote safety, performance, and well-being for all crew members.

Hands-On Expertise: Demonstrate a strong work ethic through hands-on training and example.

General Maintenance: Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including planting and transplanting.

CHS Landscapes Ltd is up-and-coming Landscaping Company based on Wimborne with multiple Garden Design & Renovation projects that leaves our clients happy and satisfied.

**Necessary Skills/Qualifications**:
Strong leadership skills and effective communication with both crew and management.

Ability to read and interpret landscape plan drawings and specification documents.

Efficient completion of job site paperwork.

Experience operating compact excavators, dumpers, skip loaders, chainsaws, and most power tools.
Experience with Garden Building installations such as pergolas (soft and hard wood, aluminium), Summer Houses, Sheds

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Perform landscape installation including planting, mulching, turf laying, and hardscaping.
- Assist in the design and planning of landscaping projects.
- Ensure all work is completed to company standards and client specifications.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
