**Senior Cluster Revenue Manager**

Our rapidly expanding hotel client are looking for a Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be remote working.

This job would suit someone with at least 3 years' hands on hotel Cluster Revenue Management experience.

The successful individual will have strong analytical skills in order to analyse data and identify trends as well as having a commercial attitude and proactive sales approach. They would need knowledge of Revenue Management systems, preferably with experiencein IDeaS G3/GRO as well as having advanced ability in excel.

Job Responsibilities:
Act as an ambassador for Revenue Management, setting standards of performance for all Cluster Revenue Managers to strive to achieve
- Set up Commercial strategies for your hotels, in conjunction with the hotel teams, based on precise analysis and reporting for all elements of revenue delivery
- Sustain and grow RGI performance for each hotel
- Responsible for Total Revenue of your hotels against budget and EBITDA performance
- Maintaining and using all systems efficiently to drive performance (Ideas G3/GRO, PMS, CRS, Delphi, Business Intelligence tools)
- Provide hotel with accurate weekly Bedrooms forecast enabling the correct strategy and optimization
- Assist hotel with the delivery of an accurate M&E Forecast enabling the correct strategy and optimization
- Provide information and analysis to identify revenue opportunities and to support all decisions
- Manage distribution for all hotels to minimize commission cost whilst ensuring optimization in revenue
