Care & Community Ltd are currently recruiting a HR & Recruitment Advisor to work in a standalone role and to be successful in this role you will have strong experience managing Employee Relations to support managers with ER cases such as grievances, disciplinary, performance management, absence, capability, and sickness. Coaching and guiding in accordance with legal requirements and good employment practice.

The role is also to be responsible for the accurate maintenance of the companies HR & Recruitment systems that hold all employee data, and Training and Policy systems. To provide regular support to the Operations Director and Registered Manager and you will be responsible for supporting ongoing HR projects, general office admin duties, supporting the onboarding processes, maintaining, and auditing company employee files.

You will be working Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm and you will receive £25,000 - £30,000 per annum dependent on experience, 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays (pro rata for part-time), and full training and support.

As a HR & Recruitment Advisor, your responsibilities will be, but not restricted to:

- Managing the onboarding process, pre-screen applicants and manager recruitment systems whilst assisting the management team with chasing references, booking interviews, and chasing up outstanding documents in line with our safe recruitment processes
- Ensuring right to works and DBSs and renewals carried out in a timely manner.
- Day to day management of people metrics identifying people risks in operations in core business units, analysing and delivering solutions.
- Partnering the wider management team, to execute all people elements of the people plan for your business area.
- Provide expert advice & guidance to your management teams on HR policies and processes.
- Partner and influencer of your management team - developing solutions on culture, shaping people strategy ensuring individual regional requirements are considered where appropriate.
- Coaching and building the capability of line managers to anticipate and pre-empt issues, including facilitating the delivery of effective feedback and performance management.
- Delivery of HR Back to basic courses for managers and seniors in your area.
- Delivering HR Induction to new starters.

For this role you will have:

- CIPD-qualification with a minimum of 2 years’ strong generalist HR experience, ideally from healthcare services this is desirable but not essential.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR process and practice
- Good knowledge of recruitment practice
- Preferably experience in a multi-site business

This role may be suited to those with experience as a HR Executive, Recruitment Executive, HR & Recruitment Executive or someone with experience within an internal Recruitment or HR Department.

A full driving licence and access to a car is desirable, but not essential.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
