**Role Purpose**:
To lead and work with a team of Cbase (our catering management system) master data co-ordinator’s to update airline requirements that are required in a central area. To be an active team member, ensuring that all work is complete according to daily workschedules and that all information received is communicated to the right people on time in compliance with naming conventions and company standards met.

**Key Interfaces**:
Costings, Production, Purchasing, Flight Supervisors, Account Managers, Billing Department, and Departmental Managers. Airline Customer Meetings, Cbase Developers when needed.

**Main Accountabilities**
- To be in charge of the system co-ordinator’s & attend management meetings when needed
- To ensure full and correct meal distribution are adhered to according to customer requirements
- To be involved in decision making within the department or to enhance better performance
- To view hours control for the department in line with the budgeted hours allocated
- Accountable for master data in a computer system called Cbase according to airline requirements, all food and non-food items by each airlines Information
- Ensuring all airline specifications are followed in accordance with naming conventions and process to be followed in a timely manner and update where needed
- You will be required to follow detailed information for other department to printout labels detailing packing instructions based on customer requirements these will be for, equipment, bond, food packers, dry stores and production area’s by distributingmeals around the aircraft
- Ensuring the correct meal loading is followed based on the percentage and ratio List, also creating ratio charts, based on menu specifications, all in line with customer requirements
- You will be responsible for keeping galley diagrams up to date in accordance to airline requirements as they change frequently, and at short notice
- Ensuring menu cycle changes are effective from specific dates, all labels/production sheets have correct menu information according to airline specifications
- Responsible for checking the accuracy of master data information are entered at the correct levels within the database as this will affect all reports, production sheets, purchasing orders, finances
- Looking after and updating local data field in system where required, this will be based on the company’s organizational structure between units by department.
- Responsible for structured billing information for correct Invoicing with correct invoice coding conventions to be followed
- Making sure information is area allocated to the correct department for production/purchasing reports
- To attend menu presentation for the airlines you will be responsible for with any changes that will be required for you to change in time on time. This will also cover the same information for another catering unit where the same airlines fly’s from within the U.K.
- Work with the planning department as they will use the information your will enter as master data Information
- Attend training sessions as the database expands with advanced information on future development created.
- Communicate with account managers and departmental supervisors daily
- To attend regular meetings to gather information you will be required to change the database accordingly
- To help other members of the team when required

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Experience in the airline industry, production and equipment area’s an advantage
- Outstanding Computer skills, including, excel, word, database knowledge
- Real interest in IT systems
- Good communication skills hand writing and verbal
- Culinary knowledge would be an advantage
- Experience using spread sheets to help calculate meal loading in line with specifications
- Self developing to reach goals set
- Able to manage people.
- Able to conduct presentation and perform training sessions
- Experience in analyzing data
- Advantage to have report development such as crystal reports or SQL dynamic reports
