**This long established and highly successful company is looking for a Logistics Co-ordinator to join their established team. The role includes a salary of up to £23,000 and benefits that include holidays that increase to 25 days holiday plus bankholidays over time, pension scheme, and free onsite parking. **What will you be doing as a Logistics Co-ordinator**:
Working in the supply chain team, you will work closely with the wider purchasing team and local and international colleagues to co-ordinate the sourcing of finished products from overseas and ensure overall co-ordination of supply chain activity.. Duties willinclude:

- Working as a link between subsidiary companies in various regions around the world and the suppliers in the Far East
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Updating spreadsheets
- Following up on orders and dealing with any issues
- Acting as a contact for any queries or issues with certain accounts
- Dealing with payment terms, letters of credit and bills of exchange
- Monitoring the flow of orders from placement to delivery
- Expediting orders as required
- Liaising with other internal depts
- General administration

**We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience**:

- Experience in an admin based co-ordination role such as Sales Administrator or other Co-ordinator type role or a graduate with a business based degree and a real desire for a career in import or Shipping.
- Experience in Import, Export, Freight Forwarding or Shipping would be beneficial but is not essential
- Comfortable with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Highly organised
- An excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills

- A salary of £22,000 to £23,000, depending on experience
