Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the export process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and facilitating smooth logistics operations, with a key focus on UK to Europe shipments, and supporting the sales and admin teams.

This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Duties

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the export process from order receipt to shipment delivery.
  • Prepare and review export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation for auditing purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, admin and goods out to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to shipping status and documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience in export coordination or a similar role within logistics or supply chain management.
  • Understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures .
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
