**The Role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant**

**Recruitment Consultant Requirements;**
- Minimum 6 months Sales Experience
- Strong rapport builder - able to engage others
- Persuasive
- A strong negotiator
- Resilient - you don't give up when the going gets tough
- You must have a driving license for this role
