JOB TITLE: Office Manager (Part-time)
LOCATION: Wroughton
SALARY: £12,480 per annum
OPPORTUNITY: Part-time, permanent
HOURS: 20 hours a week

The day-to-day duties in your new job would be:
- Health & Safety compliance
- Office Supplies
- Stationary
- Organise and manage building services
- Purchasing of equipment
- Booking travel, flights, tickets, sorting out accommodation such as hotels
- Booking company vehicles
- Organising post
- Building Maintenance
- Answering phone
- Greeting Customers
- Book courses, arrange meetings/events
- Financial Assistance - Sage - Enter Purchase Orders and Purchase and Sales Ledger invoices
- Updating customer and supplier details
- Liaising with customers and suppliers as required
- Reconciliation of Company Credit Card Statements
- Petty cash
- Staff welfare
- Liaise with various recruitment agencies and completion of new starter paperwork
- Offer letter, Contract and arranging Inductions.
- Maintenance of Human resource information
- Have a friendly & confident telephone manner
- Have experience of working in a general office environment for an SME
- Are organised with a logical approach
- Can work on own initiative
- Have good IT skills - MS Office: Outlook & Excel
- Have some knowledge of Sage 50c
