**Programme Delivery Administrator**

Based in the centre of Bath, we now employ around 100 people in the UK and are part of a larger group employing around 800 people worldwide.
The Programme Delivery Administrator will report to the Consulting Operations Director and work as part of our rapidly expanding Programme Delivery (PD) team. You will play a key role in the delivery of significant growth plans for the Programme Delivery Team as a core area of Altus Consulting over the next few years.
**Responsibilities**:
**PA and Office Support**
- PA for Programme Delivery Director
- Coordinate PD social and team events
**Operational Support**
- Managing all programme delivery operations, in conjunction with the Consulting Operations Director and Programme Delivery Director.
- Document and improve PD operational processes
- Ensuring all associate ‘paperwork’ is complete and filed.
- Ensure Prog Delivery risks are understood and minimised
- Programme Delivery MI and cost tracking
- Maintain and manage the Associate Database
- Identify and support systems/technology improvements for Programme Delivery
**Associate Administration**
- Support the identification of suitable associate resources in conjunction with the PD team and the Retained Recruiter
- Support the associate onboarding end-to-end, liaising closely with the consultants and the client.
- Creation and Management of Altus Associate CVs
- Handholding of Associates through onboarding process
- Undertake IR35 Assessments
- Liaison with Central Services (HR, Finance, IT, Risk), to ensure associate deployments are smooth.
- Support of Associates under contract especially general queries (e.g. holidays, IT queries etc.)
- Collect associate timesheet information
- Process Associate invoices, track & record timesheets
- Building on-going relationships with clients and associates.
- Offboarding of Associates
**Experience and Skills**:
- Solid administration / operations experience
- A strong fit with our company culture and values
- Strong organisation skills, with a logical and methodical approach
- Ability to use own initiative to proactively support the organisation
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of business
- Familiarity with Microsoft office tools, particularly Excel
- Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, growing SME with an international culture
