**Senior Financial Reporting Manager | South London (Hybrid) | £80,000 - £100,000 | FTSE 250 Consumer Business**
This is an opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager to join a FTSE 250 multi-site leisure brand based in London. This is an opportunity to join a business that has grown significantly over the past 2 years and is looking to expand its group reporting team.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be working in their London Headquarters and will be working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The role will include managing a team of 9, taking ownership of the group reporting under IFRS, and implementingnew group-wide policies. Responsibilities include:
- Owning and overseeing the financial reporting requirements of the Group
- Business partnering with the CEO, CFO, audit committee as well as the key point of contact for the external auditors
- Playing a key leadership position within the Finance team, developing, coaching and mentoring junior members of the team
- Project-related work including continuous improvement and enhancement of group-wide policies including cashflow reporting
- Owning large parts of the management accounts including full responsibility for the P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet
