**Change Manager needed in Chichester paying £360.37 per day PAYE ref: 525135**
**This role is full time on a temporary basis.**
**Responsibilities**:
- You will be supporting the implementation of the new Oracle Fusion Applications which will replace SAP for the management of Finance, Procurement and Human Resources
- Production of a change action plan in response to the change impact assessment for each impacted staff group
- Contribute to the communications and training delivery strategy, ensuring that the change action plan feeds into these
- Support the end-to-end process development through supporting Business Analysts to map out the end to end organisational processes so that is clear how teams will need to engage with system procedures, including handoffs between teams and offline policiesthat may need to be updated to reflect the new system.
- Support the change advocate (change champions) network. Co-ordinate representatives from teams across the organisation to engage with the programme, so that they understand the changes and the new system, can give feedback on communication and trainingon behalf of their teams and are able to support colleagues when the system goes live
- Provide support to programme sponsors and senior representatives so that they understand the impact of change on their people and what they need to do to support their service area
- Undertake change readiness activity, using appropriate tools and methodologies to understand how ready different groups are for the change. Analyse the results and then refine the engagement plan based on the analysis to help get the different groups readyfor the change
- Ensure change processes maximise the efficiencies that Oracle can offer, in terms of avoiding duplication and reducing time, effort and cost of transactions.
- You’ll work as part of a team of change managers, ensuring that the organisation transitions to new ways of working.
