**Marketing Manager - Part time**

**Chichester, West Sussex - £30,000 - £40,000 Pro Rata**

The Marketing Manager supports the Head of Marketing and Ecommerce to drive growth across three market sectors. This is a fast-paced role that requires commercial acumen, critical thinking with the ability to plan ahead, and great attention to detail. TheMarketing Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution and analysis of campaigns, delivering them to a high standard and on brand. Your focus will be on generating new business leads, but you will also have responsibility for planning and distributingcommunications to existing customers. You will be a part of a small team which will require the ability to plan and manage campaigns, as well as a hands-on approach to creating assets when necessary.

**What the client wants from you**:
- **Planning, managing and implementing marketing campaigns**:

- Drive high quality traffic to our website and call centre - generating sales leads through PPC, paid social, and SEO
- Manage agencies - to deliver PPC, display and social campaigns that drive engagement and provide a good ROI on marketing budget spend
- Creation of assets - for promotional activity including display adverts, social media adverts, banner images and pdfs.
- **Content management and customer communications**:

- Website change management - working with the digital team to maintain our website, specifying requirements for change, seeking approval and overseeing implementation of changes.
- Content creation - working with external copywriters to create written articles that will drive engagement with our brand, editing, review and uploading articles to our website
- Promotion of content - through the creation of social media posts, assets, videos and copy
- **Maximise partnership relationships**:

- Manage partnership relationships - ensuring effective delivery of partner campaigns
- Attendance at partner meetings - agreeing schedules of activities and production of assets.
- Distribution of content - by utilising partner relationships
- Reporting - on performance of partnership relationship marketing activity 4. Ensure compliance with brand and governance requirements
- Adherence to financial promotion approval process - working with internal compliance team and business stakeholders to ensure all appropriate communications are approved prior to publication

**Skills and Experience**:
**Essential skills**:

- At least 5 years marketing experience and/or a professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM/IDM) or relevant degree
- Experience in digital marketing, including PPC marketing, content marketing and social media marketing
- Ability to write simple and engaging copy
- Previous experience working with marketing agencies
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Outstanding workload prioritisation and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication ability
- Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experienced in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

**Desired skills**:

- Experience in working in the insurance/financial services sector
- Knowledge of/experience using InDesign
- Web design knowledge
- Basic video production
- Basic knowledge of SEO
- Experience in creation of offline marketing materials

**Salary**:

- You can expect a pro-rata salary of £35,000 -£40,000 FTE (Full-time earning), depending on experience. After 3 months you will join the clients pension scheme and you will receive a company contribution equivalent to 12% of your basic salary.
