A well organised, proactive Marketing Executive required to plan and execute a wide range of marketing activities, under the direction of the Marketing Director. You should be competent with CRM databases and experienced with the Microsoft suite of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of social media and email marketing is essential. Experience of international marketing and event organisation highly desirable. This is a versatile role within a forward-thinking company with a strong brand which is expanding into new overseas markets. Second language skills advantageous – Spanish, French, Italian, German or Mandarin Ideally, you will be degree educated with at least two years’ experience in a similar role. Most importantly you should have a “can-do” attitude, be excited about Marketing and keen to make a difference. Skills & Experience Proficient in CRM software (e.g. Sage or Microsoft Dynamics CRM) * including maintaining accurate data * creating mailing lists * generating reports * analysing data for targeted marketing campaigns Experience in Marketing automation and email marketing platforms (MailChimp) * creating and managing email campaigns Skilled in Social Media Management Tools (e.g. HootSuite & Meta Ads Manager) Strong experience with WordPress CMS * website updates * content management * Google Analytics & Adwords International marketing experience * planning and executing integrated online and offline campaigns * converting strategies into actionable tasks * measuring results Proven copywriting and proofreading skills * ensuring content is clear, concise and engaging Strong organisational skills * ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and adapt quickly to changing requirements The role will suit individuals currently working as Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketer and be living within a commutable distance of Chichester, Bognor Regis, Arundel, Littlehampton, Petersfield, Hampers Green, Havant, Portsmouth, Worthing or be willing to relocate.
