**About the role**:
The Consultant Support/Operations Team is responsible for looking after all consultants and agency workers engaged with our clients in the UK and around the world, from first contact with MDE to arranging starts and in-country support whilst on assignment. This is an extremely varied role and the right person should be able to demonstrate the ability to proactively manage a diverse workload to ensure critical priorities are always met where possible.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with all agency workers to confirm attendance before shift
- Updating and issuing internal and external personnel trackers
- Ensuring all agency workers have the correct documentation/certification.
- Updating internal database systems/CRM
- Managing, updating and issuing internal project documents, whilst keeping organised etc.
- Communicating with agency workers, making sure they are happy and 100% aware of what is going on and where in the process they are
- Cross referencing/checking certificates, insurances etc.
- Organise and monitor certification screening
- Keeping the client up to date with proceedings effectively and concisely
- Liaising with the Operations team daily on what is going on, any issues, new starters etc.
- Booking and managing travel/accommodation
- Issuing contracts (full training can be given)

**Required skills**:

- Microsoft Office especially excel (training can be provided)
- Strong communication with all levels of our business as well as clients and agency workers
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently, think on your feet and adapt to a change in circumstances/plan
- Knowledge and previous experience within Logistics, Business Support or Operations

**Level of previous experience**:

- Min 2 years Administration Experience
- Min 2 years Customer service experience
