As we grow we’re looking to hire a Senior User Researcher to join our team to help us both internally and on client sites. Working on client sites, you’ll be a key member of our consultancy team and will find yourself supporting delivery teams as they deliver products using Agile methodologies.
Our Burendo employees enjoy a flexi/blended working model where there will be some requirement to be in the office or on client site for collaboration.

**Requirements**:
What you will be doing:

- Creating user research activities that support discovery, design, development and continuous improvement of client activities.
- Identifying and recruiting participants to carry out research activities
- Analysing and synthesising research data into clear and concise pictures of user behaviour.
- Sharing findings with multiple stakeholders and wider organisation through multiple mediums (Knowledge walls, presentations, formal reports etc).
- Working closely with your immediate team to turn research into actionable outcomes that genuinely add value.

The kind of person we are looking for:

- Experience of User Centred Design / Service Design.
- Familiarity of GDS Service Manual and approaches to User Research.
- Ability to look at the larger picture, and identify the real problem that the team is trying to solve.
- Ability to leverage a variety of user research methods and tools that can be applied within multidisciplinary teams.
- A strong understanding of accessibility and how this drives decision making.
- Exposure to Agile working practices.
