Are you passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences, shaking up cocktails, and leading a team with energy and enthusiasm? We’re looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our vibrant hotel bar team

What you’ll do:

- Lead by example on the bar floor, ensuring smooth service and happy guests.
- Motivate, train, and support your team to deliver top-notch hospitality.
- Serve delicious drinks and recommend cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Keep the bar buzzing, organised, and fully stocked at all times.
- Support r in daily operations, opening/closing, and admin tasks.

What we’re looking for:

- Previous bar or supervisory experience in hospitality (hotel bar experience a bonus).
- A fun, energetic personality with a genuine love for people.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Someone who knows how to work hard - and have fun doing it
- Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring efficient service and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Develop and implement innovative drink menus that complement our culinary offerings.
- Train and mentor team members in hospitality best practices, serving techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and controlling waste to optimise profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the bar area.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership and communication.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
