**Bar Staff**

We have a great opportunity for Experienced Bar Staff in the heart of Stratford upon Avon. The role is part of our new hospitality relaunch and is an exciting position for anyone willing to develop their career further.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Support the Supervisor in smooth running of all bar operations in the absence of the Bar & Catering Manager
- Ensure weekly/daily checklists are completed
- Cash Handling
- Cellar Management (preferred)
- Licensed, or willing to undergo license training (preferred)
- Ensure all of the bar team adhere to systems and procedures as outlined in the standards of procedures manual
- Ensure all stock is rotated and stored in a safe manner
- Ensure all bar areas are prepared for set up in advance of each shift and in accordance with relevant standards of procedure
- Effective communication with other departments to ensure smooth running of service and events
- Administrative tasks related to stock control, ordering, & events.
- At least 1 year’s full time experience in a similar position in a similar environment
- Experience working with standard operating procedures in a Food & Beverage environment
- Be able to demonstrate taking initiative
- Very experienced in dealing with high volume and fast paced working environments
- Individuals must have flexibility in their approach, the ability to adapt to last minute changes and be extremely customer focused
- An excellent command of the English language
- Shift work and flexibility is required in this position.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.00 per hour
