Franklin & Co. Solicitors of Bakewell are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our firm. Your main duties will include answering phone calls and providing administrative support to our staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide accurate information to callers and handle their inquiries
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with administrative duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively. You should also be proficient in using computerized systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this position.

Skills required:

- Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
