We are looking for a communicative, friendly, and well-organized individual who will become part of our amazing culture where we put our customers at the heart of everything we do. As an Internal Sales and Office Specialist you will become an integral member of a dynamic and supportive team. You will be working closely with colleagues from both the sales and technical teams.

**What will you do**:

- Be the main administrative support for the whole ComAp UK team (mail, phone, etc.)
- Assist senior colleagues with the day-to-day running of the sales accounts (generating quotations, processing customer orders, etc.)
- Process purchase orders for our suppliers and production orders for our technical team
- Oversee our ERP and CRM systems to make sure that all entered data is correct and up to date (contact details, pricing, etc.)
- Offer basic support and solutions to customers (orders, returns, etc.)
- Review and update price lists of our products

- You have previous experience in the field of office support, basic customer support, order processing and are aware of the areas of invoicing and logistics
- You enjoy finding solutions to internal or customer problems
- You have good time management skills and can prioritize a demanding and diverse workload
