The role of the Internal Sales Coordinator - Cable Management Solutions will involve:

- Internal Sales Coordinator position selling a wide range of high quality manufactured cable management products including electrical cable trunking, wire baskets & storage boxes
- Selling to electrical distributors, electrical distributors, specialist electrical contractors, M+E contractors, merchants, installers and stockists
- This role is all predominately working from home, with you required to work in the South East office potentially once a month
- Responsible for providing support to the external sales team who cover specific areas, assisting with sales and all customer service requirements
- Generating sales leads and passing them across to the external sales team
- Liaising with customers, dealing with all their queries and enquiries to enable a smooth process for the external sales team
- Developing and maintaining healthy customer relationships
- Undertaking all admin responsibilities such as processing orders, producing quotations and verifying all invoices
- Dealing with order values varying from £500 - £25k for larger projects
- Full training can be provided

The ideal applicant will be Internal Sales Coordinator - Cable Management Solutions with:

- Must have a year’s sales experience, preferably within the Construction industry however not essential
- Previous experience working in a customer focused role highly beneficial
- Brilliant customer service and relationship building skills
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised individual with a brilliant attitude to working and learning
- Personable, team player, people person, driven and enthusiastic
- Computer literate
