Internal Sales Project Coordinator
WEST BROMWICH

Owing to a strong order book and future growth projections, a Manufacturing company are looking to develop their Internal Sales team.
This opportunity offers the chance to be involved in all aspects of managing and developing customer accounts by establishing strong relationships. A key part of the role will be speaking to a database of existing customers managing their ongoing larger products,liaising with our internal departments and external sales team to ensure the smooth running of our UK project business.
Role Description
- Excellent telephone manner with the ability to build good customer relationships whilst offering great service
- Ability to create a good business awareness of the territory that you are responsible for
- Be proactive and innovative whilst showing flexibility
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- On-site technical assistance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Telesales skills
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Exposure to Mechanical and Electrical end users
- Account management
- Understands how to expedite and follow orders through a manufacturing process
