Job DescriptionInternal Sales Executive West Bromwich28000 (34000 OTE)Monday Friday 07:30am 16:30pmAre you a natural communicator with a talent for turning conversations into opportunitiesWe have a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking company thats expanding its sales team. As an internal Sales Executive youll be at the heart of customer engagement reigniting relationships and driving sales success through genuine conversations. Youll be calling warm leads (existing customers who already know and love the products) so every interaction is an opportunity to reconnect and add value.Key Duties: Re-engage lapsed and inactive customers through phone calls emails and digital outreach to rebuild relationships and identify new sales opportunities.Maintain regular contact with existing and previous customers to understand their needs product usage and potential for repeat business.Promote new products services or promotions relevant to customer history and buying patterns.Update and maintain CRM records accurately ensuring all communications opportunities and outcomes are logged.Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals to convert them into active accounts.Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to build trust and long-term relationships.Meet and exceed sales and reactivation targets contributing to overall business growth.Prepare regular activity and performance reports highlighting customer feedback conversion rates and emerging sales trends.This role is perfect for someone who:Thrives in a lively target-driven environment Resilient & self-motivated.Loves building rapport and delivering excellent customer experiencesIs motivated confident and ready to grow within a supportive ambitious teamEnjoys working to sales targets (including high call stats)Organised and detail-minded ensuring consistent follow-up and accurate records.Positive adaptable team player with a professional and proactive attitude.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Internet Marketing,Joomla,Accountancy,Attorney At Law,Lighting Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
