We are currently recruiting for one of our biggest clients who provide bespoke production solutions to a wide range of prestige live events across the UK & Europe. They are looking for a positive and confident person to join their fleet management team toschedule vehicles and ensure the operations of the warehouse are running smoothly.

SKILLS REQUIRED
FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE IN THE LOGISTICS AND FLEET MANAGEMENT INDUSTRY
EXCELLENT ORGANISATIONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
FLEXIBILITY WITH HOURS
COMFORTABLE WORKING AS PART OF A TEAM
HIGHLY COMPUTER LITERATE
ABILITY TO WORK TO DEADLINES AND TIME PRESSURES
ADAPTABLE TO CHANGES AND AN EFFICIENT PROBLEM SOLVER

RESPONSIBILITIES
WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE PROJECT MANAGER TO CO ORDINATE EFFICIENT DELIVERIES AND TRANSPORT REQUIREMENTS.
MANAGING INTERNAL VEHICLES, SPECIFYING ROUTES, AND ENSURING FULL COMPLIANCE IS ADHERED TO.
MEETING PROJECT REQUIREMENTS FOR SINGLE TRANSPORT OR MULTIPLE ARTICULATED TRUCKS
MANAGING INCOMING VEHICLES ASWELL AS OUTBOUND VEHICLES
HELPING WITH LOADING/UNLOADING VEHICLES
