We are looking for a Reservation Specialist to join the team here at Bankside Hotel - voted one of the Best Places to Work in Hospitality for 3 years in a row

We are looking for both full and/or part time team members who have passion and enthusiasm

**What will you be doing?**
- Focus on letters of confirmation, cancellations and modifications and communicating these both internally and with guests.
- Work with the Front Office Team preparing the back-up of expected arrivals after doing daily arrival checks and also taking advance reservation deposits.
- Previous experience using Marsha, Opera or the Marriott Suite of programs or within a similar role/hotel would be a benefit but is not a requirement. As long as you have a can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn or get into hospitality we would love to hear from you
