**Customer Logistics Coordinator**

The purpose of the role is to ensure excellent communication exists between all parties, whilst delivering orders on time with a set SLA agreement. To monitor performance of the orders and enable profitable growth and customer retention, providing updates through weekly calls, monthly review meetings and quarterly performance and ideas meetings.

**Key Responsibilities for the Customer Logistics Coordinator Job;**
- Be proactive in managing key orders end to end
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Process orders to meet internal and external Transport movements, including; Customer sales orders, Internal stock movements and 3rd Party supplier collections
- Maintenance of customer pricing
- Maintain communication with warehouse staff to ensure all orders are processed for picking and/or report any changes to order/s
- Customer order processing, to check stock availability to meet order demands and to try to reduce potential shortages
- Ensure Customer Service is maintained to the highest level
- Capture direct delivery opportunities from the manufacturing Mill where possible
- Collaborate with the business and customers to improve service
- Maintain CSL reporting (Customer Service Level)
- Carrier selection based on both best service and optimum cost

**Key Skills required for the Customer Logistics Coordinator Job;**
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent team player with the ability to work independently
- Motivated
- Experience in a Customer Services role
- Experience in dealing with ERP IT systems would be advantageous and sound MS Office knowledge
