**Administration Support Apprentice**
**Interested in starting a career in Business Administration? We can help you build the foundations of your future career by supporting you to develop your skills and experience, while studying for your Apprenticeship Level 3.**
We will support you in developing a comprehensive understanding of Business Administration. We will mentor you to provide professional support to managers and our customers. This will be in partnership with studying, ensuring you develop rounded skills and gain the practical experience required to become a professional administrator.

**What you'll be doing**
- Undertaking a Level 3 in Business Administration
- Interact professionally with all people within the company and our customers.
- Work as part of a flexible team, undertake a range of the functions and responsibilities that meet the needs of division / company.
- Answer telephone calls and direct callers to the appropriate contact point.
- Maintain filing systems that are accurate and user friendly.
- Support managers and directors with the process of making bids and tenders.
- Make travel arrangements and book accommodation for the team.
- Utilise our computer systems to data input, create and update records, and reconcile the expense reports.
- Any other tasks that you may reasonably be required to undertake.

**Who we're looking for**
- Previous experience in administration is desirable, but not essential
- Must have GCSE Grade C/4 in both English & Maths or Functional Skills Level 2 or equivalent qualifications
- Strong IT literate in MS 360 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to create effective working relationships
- Strong communication skills, with a keen aptitude for problem solving

**Other Requirements**:

- Eligible to work and live in the UK.
