We are seeking a self-motivated, innovative individual with excellent attention to detail to support the delivery of high-quality patient care. As an Apprentice Patient Pathway Support, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of clinics by preparing and tracking clinic documentation, supporting the SFHT Patient Pathway and Patient Pathway Coordinators. You will help maintain a high standard of service across both King's Mill and Newark Hospitals, contributing directly to the Trust's goals. Person Specification Qualifications Good standard of general education to GCSE level (or equivalent) to include GCSE in English and Maths at Grade C or above RSA 1 Typing Flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team A committed and hardworking nature A thirst for knowledge and real enthusiasm to learn and develop Deal with confidential patient information and have an understanding of confidentiality Ability to work as part of a team Flexible approach to working arrangements Skills required Keyboard and computer skills - Use of electronic information systems, Microsoft packages (e.g. Outlook email, Word and Excel), SharePoint Customer Service Skills Organisational Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
