**About the Role**
We are looking for a **Facilities and Estates Coordinator** to join our team. This role provides direct support to the Facilities and Estates Business Partner and on-site maintenance teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality estates services across our homes. You will play a key role in compliance management, cost control, and project delivery, while fostering a culture of innovation, safety, and continuous improvement.
**Salary**: £38000 + benefits
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week
**What You’ll Do**
- Support delivery of Meallmore’s business plan from an estates perspective.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to achieve business goals.
- Manage procurement, budgets, and prioritised programmes of work.
- Ensure reliable, customer-focused reactive maintenance services.
- Maintain accurate building condition records and compliance documentation.
- Promote health, safety, and ESG measures across the business.
- Provide technical support to Home Managers and oversee contractor responses.
- Deliver regular KPI reporting on compliance, maintenance, and operational efficiency.

- Safe, efficient, and compliant buildings across the estate.
- Improved value for money and effective expenditure management.
- Positive stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
- Projects delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
**About You**
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in property and asset management, ideally with multi-site exposure.
- Skilled in project management, budgeting, and compliance.
- Knowledgeable in building regulations, health and safety, and environmental standards.
- A strong communicator and negotiator with excellent organisational skills.
- IT literate (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams) and familiar with CAFM systems.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- HND/Degree in Buildings or Construction Management (or equivalent experience).
- IOSH General Certificate (desirable).
- Membership of IWFM or CIOB (desirable).
- Familiarity with legislation such as Health and Safety at Work Act, Fire Safety Regulations, COSHH, CDM2015, and environmental compliance.
