Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Server to join our team at a reputable restaurant in
. As the Head Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring smooth operations in the dining area. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and opportunities for career growth within the hospitality industry.

**Duties**:

- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the serving staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Greet guests, escort them to their tables, and provide menus
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need throughout their dining experience
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Train new servers on restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including table setup and arrangement
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving guest satisfaction and increasing sales

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Head Server or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and management
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and ability to assist with food preparation when needed

**Salary**: £12.06-£12.76 per hour
