**We are currently recruiting for a Waiter/ Waitress for the Library at The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Collection Hotel.**

**Overview**:

- An amazing opportunity to join the team in the Library at The Edwardian Manchester as a Waiter/ Waitress.
- You will fully understand the menu and be able to explain the dining concept to all guests, carefully checking for any allergens.
- You will read the needs of tables and serve them as to their preferences.
- You will work closely with the Head Waiters and Floor Managers to ensure that service is seamless and an exceptional level of service is provided to guests.
- You will ensure that satisfaction levels are checked at all tables you are serving and will handle any feedback or complaints accordingly.
- You will take payment in accordance with company procedures.

**About You**:

- Previous front of house waiting experience of working in a high-end food led operation is essential.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
- A Passion for food and beverage, serving guests and providing outstanding hospitality.
