**About Us**

Trojan Sewing Machines is a trusted name in sewing machine sales, servicing, and repairs. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship.

We’re looking for a proactive **Administrative & Marketing Assistant** to support our team with day-to-day operations, customer service, and online marketing.

**Responsibilities**
- Processing and sending out online orders.
- Maintain and update the company website with accurate information.
- Edit and upload product photos using Photoshop.
- Write, proofread, and upload online content (optimised for SEO).
- Process invoices and manage stock records using SAGE.
- Manage bookings for sewing machine servicing and repairs.
- Assist with general office administration and record keeping.
- Carrying orders to the postal service and bringing in stock.
- Support marketing and social media activity.

**Desired requirements**
- Previous admin or marketing experience preferred.
- A knowledge of how to navigate website platforms (WordPress, Wix, Shopify).
- Basic Photoshop or image editing skills.
- Familiar with invoicing or bookkeeping software (SAGE preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Must be able to carry orders (with lifting trolley at times) to the Post Office down the road and assist in bringing in stock.
