This is a permanent position and our client is able to pay up to £80k for a starting salary.. The successful Head of Soft FM will be responsible for: - the Health and Care Platform and lead the Soft FM service portfolio - driving all aspects of its operational performance, governance and compliance, progress, service innovation, and financial performance - ensuring that contractually they meet or exceed all parameters within the Schedules - line management of 3 direct reports The successful Head of Soft FM will be able to demonstrate: - experience operating multi-services within a healthcare environment. - PFI experience, preferably in healthcare setting - Business Management experience at a senior level. - experience of managing client relationships with the ability to influence key decision makers - ability to manage operations against an agreed specification demonstrating strong P&L expertise, commercial acumen and core numeracy and accounting skills - proven financial management experience and P& L responsibility for a projects > £15M If you match the above criteria and are intersted in the role please send your CV through for a discussion about the role - many thanks.
