**About The Role**:
We are currently recruiting for motivated, reliable and people focused HR Coordinator to join our team based in our Head Office in Uxbridge (London) or Manchester. The main aspect of the role will be to provide general administration, recruitment support and guidance to our operational and HQ team. This is a challenging and varied role with a key focus on recruitment and relationships building.
**Overview of Role**:
Support the HR Director and HR team to deliver the Tenon fm People Plan. As a proactive and resourceful HR Coordinator, you will ensure that the day-to-day HR support tasks and responsibilities are efficiently and professionally managed and will provide end-to-end recruitment and onboarding experience for roles assigned.
**Key Responsibilities & Tasks**:
- Act as first point of contact for HR queries, including managing the HR inbox, and escalate matter to relevant HR team member as required.
- Process admin new starters, produce employment contracts and welcome packs, assign to relevant induction programme, liaise with IT to set up new employee accounts and request required equipment, ensure references requests are issued and returned and ensure employee files are with Payroll within defined timelines.
- Prepare and issue revised contracts and / or paperwork to employees to reflect promotions, location / role changes etc.
- Conduct exit interviews for employees who resign and raise any concerns with the relevant HR team member.
- If required, attend HR meetings in the capacity of HR representative, taking notes and making recommendations.
- Support the wider HR team with administrative tasks, including consultation meetings, TUPE In / Out processes, long service / employee recognition.
- Support the HR Director with the preparation and collation of Company newsletter and general employee communications.
- Ensure that all HR and recruitment activity within remit reflects the Tenon fm brand, vision and values and confidentiality is protected at all times.
- Responsible for ensuring all filing is complete and general ad-hoc administration, reports and projects.
**Key Skills**:
- Proven experience working within a HR function, preferably in a multi-site fast-paced service-industry such as Facilities Management, Retail, Hospitality etc.
- Experience of using online recruitment tools, such as ATS systems, job boards and social media.

- Have an adaptable and flexible approach.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure with a common-sense approach.

- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and administration skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Company core values.
Salary is up to £24k (DOE)
