We are currently recruiting for an **HR Coordinator** to work alongside the HR Manager to help achieve our _Desire to be #1 _through our people.
**The Role**:
The role of **HR Coordinator** is critical to the day to day people operations and we’re looking for someone highly organised, adaptable and supportive. The size of our company (around 150 employees) and the size of our HR team (this role + the HR Manager) means there is a fantastic opportunity to be heard, to have and implement ideas, and to make things your own, whilst also seeing variety in the role.
Working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 3.00pm, 6 hours per day, this 30 hour per week role attracts a salary of £21,429 (FTE £25,000).
**The Main Duties & Skills Required**:
- _**Administrating the employee lifecycle**_ - From starters to leavers and everything that happens with an employee in between, you’ll need to have strong organisational skills and attention to detail in order to deal with all the paperwork and system / spreadsheet updating that comes with an employees’ journey through the company.
- _**Coordinating employee benefits**_ - A big part of this role is coordinating all the benefits that come with being an employee of Clothes2order. This includes things like doing the online food shop so employees have access to free food and drink onsite, processing joiners and changes on the employee health cash plan, sorting salary sacrifice arrangements, sorting birthday and anniversary recognition, calculating and updating holiday balances with additions for long service and birthdays off, and coordinating our monthly recognition programme “Spotlight Stars”. In this area, you’ll need to be proactive and always on the ball.
- _**Supporting staff and social events**_ - We also like to have a bit of fun at Clothes2order and this role will support that; from awareness days to charity events to the summer and Christmas parties, there’s always something entertaining going on. As part of the Social Committee bringing those fun and enjoyable events, this requires great organisational and logístical skills and, above all, creativity and innovation.
- _**Updating the Time & Attendance system**_ - Setting new schedules, logging absences and running reports for management or payroll, you’ll need to be a fast learner, have excellent logical and problem-solving skills to find and work things out on the system, and a general proficiency at using Time & Attendance systems.
- _**Supporting employee meetings**_ - Raising invite letters, taking minutes and sending outcome letters requires a high level of attention to detail and time management.
The ideal **HR Coordinator**will be highly organised, have impeccable attention to detail, and be flexible and happy to take on all sorts of varied jobs to support the team and the company.
The role is ideal for someone who has HR administration experience who is looking to build on this in a busy, hands on environment. Working in a manufacturing company with around 150 employees, there is always something going on and it’s a great environment to get involved, learn on the job and build your HR career.
