**ILR Data Administrator**

Totnes, Devon

35 hours per week - Term Time

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented ILR Data Administrator to join great dynamic team.

As an ILR Data Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in internal systems. If you have a passion for data accuracy and compliance, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Maintain accurate ILR data in accordance with funding rules and validation guidelines.
- Upload ILR data to the ESFA Hub as per the schedule of returns.
- Review funding data and ensure error-free returns that align with allocations.
- Collaborate with ILR consultants as needed, leveraging their expertise.
- Conduct regular checks on learner data and ensure its integrity.
- Prepare and review data for external and internal audits.
- Proactively resolve data-related issues and contribute to College meetings.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the college.
- Manage data protection compliance and report any concerns or breaches.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of ILR and funding rules, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using ILR systems and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build productive relationships.
- Familiarity with data protection policies and practices.
- Commitment to health and safety standards.

**QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**

At least 1 years of relevant experience in the UK

Experienced in the requirements of the National Curriculum and Post 16 Education

The ability to form excellent working relationships with students, internal and external contacts

Understanding of Ofsted

Excellent and responsive communicator

Able to use all MS Office programs particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and be familiar with other bespoke databases

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,425.00 per year
