We are currently on the hunt for a Training and Process Lead within our Gateway operations team. You will work closely with the Head of Operations developing a training and competence strategy, that enables us to deliver excellent service to our customers and drive employee engagement by supporting with personal development.

You will work to identify where our processes can be simplified to improve our speed of service and ensure we upskill our customer facing teams efficiently. You will also be delivering training, carrying out quality checks, be the process expert and focal point for queries and escalations, alongside sharing best practice and process improvement across the Gateway team.

You will be a member of the operations leadership team and a collaborative approach is absolutely fundamental to the success of this role.
- Group Risk, Healthcare and Pension knowledge
- Knowledge of the SME sector and SME portfolio management
- Previous experience within Employee Benefits or other Financial Services is essential
- Experience of leading a team, with demonstrable examples of coaching or training and managing performance
- People leadership capabilities, with the ability to drive own and teams’ performance and improvement
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Confidence and resourcefulness
- The ability to work independently with high levels of organisation, prioritisation and within strict deadlines
- Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook to an intermediate level is essential
- Existing experience in designing and running training programmes in a regulated environment would be beneficial
