Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire
Duration: 2+ months
Pay Rate: £20k-£21k per annum (pro rata)
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for a 2+ month contract based in Burton-on-Trent.

**Experience with Oracle advantageous**
Key Duties & Tasks:

- Order-book management - contacting suppliers for delivery dates.
- Certification chasing - in order to accept parts and send to customer.
- Printing tickets for dispatch using Oracle.
- Chasing supplier quotations.
- Input quotations once priced.
- Input orders.
- Chase up Purchasing Department for outstanding RFQ's/ chasing cost role ups.
- Credit note/invoice support.
- Re-validate costs for price-lists on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis while liaising with procurement; depending on supplier validity and terms and accordingly escalate any high inflationary costs to managers.
- Get quotes and send requisitions to Purchasing for consumables as and when required for Dispatch day to day activities.
- Maintain consumables master list with part numbers and suppliers.
- KPI's - update conversion rate file.
- Support on general quotations (Support on some pricing of quotations as requested).
General:

- Adhere at all times to the company's Health, Safety & Environmental instructions and requirements
- Responsible for Handling and Storage of Data in line with Data Protection legislation

- Able to work under pressure and to fixed deadlines.
- Excellent organisational and prioritising skills.
- Disciplined completer-finisher with excellent attention to detail.
