- As a Residential Care Officer, you will work closely with the Interim Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of Notrees Care Home.
- Your main responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents
- Supporting the Interim Home Manager in maintaining high standards of care and compliance with relevant regulations
- Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders
- Providing direct care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being
- Participating in the on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support as required
- To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:

- Previous experience in a similar care role, ideally within a residential setting
- A compassionate and person-centred approach to care, with a genuine desire to make a difference
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of individuals
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, ensuring effective prioritisation of tasks
- A flexible attitude towards work, including willingness to participate in the on-call rota

**This role is fixed term until 30/05/2025** - Interim support (short term organisational change)
