- Working with Binding Site systems to develop an in depth knowledge and experience of software and assay performance.
- Developing a working knowledge of system performance and relate to customer expectations.
- Identifying risk and ensuring correct escalation of issues to the senior management team.
- Conducting technical presentations / training sessions both in-house and offsite to educate and support customers in optimal use of binding site assays and protocols.
- Creating and maintaining technical support literature and training materials.
- Developing and maintaining good working and customer relationships both nationally and internationally.
- Training and supporting customers, sales and marketing personnel and subsidiary / distributor staff.
**Essential**:
- A Science Related Degree (or equivalent)
- Customer service and support experience
- Training experience
- Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation
- Knowledge of clinical laboratory procedures
- Knowledge of Nephlometers and Biochemistry instrumentation
- Good written and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good IT skills
- A full UK driving license
- The ability to travel at short notice and unsociable hours
- To be flexible to the needs of the business
