**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting, OR specialise in a specific field of expertise.

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of various repair and maintenance techniques. OR expertise in a specific trade such as plumbing, electrical, or carpentry.
- Ability to handle a wide variety of tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must own tools necessary to complete the jobs you are capable of doing.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
