Job Description

The Handyman / Boilerman will carry out the Facilities Handyman responsibilities as directed by the Facilities Lead.

Full training will be provided in the Boilerman duties and will cover this role as required.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Handyman experience

  • Computer literate – Microsoft Office

Desirable:

  • Process equipment operation

  • FLT License, whilst desirable, we will provide training

  • IPAF License, MEWP

Competencies:

  • Perform system fault finding for High Pressure Hot Water, Cooling Water & Compressed Air Systems

  • Tank Farm duties including offloading of Resin Tankers

  • Waste management duties, Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Waste.

  • Gritting/Snow Clearance of site roads/paths

  • General Site Maintenance including repairs and housekeeping

  • General Handyman repairs to site Facilities.
