The purpose of this role is the provision of assistance coordination to the Microsoft Global Security EMEA Operations Team and to contribute to the effectiveness of the team through various functions. - **Working Monday to Friday - 09:00 to 17:30 (flexibility required due to Operations operating across different time zones)**: - **The position will be a hybrid of home working / office.**: - **Some travel will be required around London / Reading area.**: - **25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.** **Responsibilities of the Assistant Co-Ordinator (EMEA)**: - Assistance with the annual Contracting and Statement of Works (SOW) Process. - Audit on a regular basis for the compliance with the "Deliverables" and raise any issues in a timely manner to ensure a quick resolution. - Ensure the information on the relevant Power Bi dashboards is correct and up to date. - To support all reasonable requests from the EMEA Operations Management Team. - To ensure appropriate documentation is available and maintained to required standards and any information is dealt with the highest level of confidentiality. - To assist with the preparation of data gathering and presentation documents. - Inputting of data, file documents and ensuring that any required reports are completed accurately and by required deadlines. - Liaise with internal clients. - Ensuring all paperwork/documentation is filed in line with Company and Client regulations and satisfactions. - Any other duties as directed by the Service Delivery Manager or EMEA Operations Management Team. **Essential Skills**: - Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable work history - UK driving licence - At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role - Strong IT skills - Excellent communication skills - both written and oral - Ability to work under own initiative - Good organisational skills - Pro-active approach - Honest and trustworthy with the ability to maintain discretion and work with confidential information. - Self-awareness and motivated - Keen attention to detail **About Company** **Securitas Benefits**: - Paid holiday, company pension and life assurance scheme - Discounted gym membership, wellness advice and support - Cycle to Work Scheme, car lease and new car purchasing schemes - Employee discounts and cashback savings across hundreds of your favourite high street brands, online shopping, holidays, and days out - City & Guilds accredited training program for professional and personal development - Support to gain further training and qualifications **Integrity**, **Vigilance**, and **Helpfulness** are the core values that Securitas is built on to shape a long-term, financially successful enterprise for our customers, employees, and shareholders.
