This role is critical to ensure the protection of our people assets operations and reputation. The successful candidate will manage various security disciplines such as physical security incident response risk assessments compliance initiatives and business continuity efforts across multiple countries and culturesJoin Our TeamWhat you will doDevelop and implement security strategies aligned with global policies and tailored to the regional risk landscape.Work and collaborate with the technical and physical security Centres of Excellence (COEs) to ensure physical and security systems are operating efficiently and effectively. Manage access control CCTV visitor management and alarm response procedures.Conduct regular threat vulnerability and risk assessments. Develop mitigation plans and monitor emerging regional threats (e.g. geopolitical terrorism natural disasters).Work and align with the Businesses Resilience & Crisis Management COE Lead in coordinating response efforts during security incidents including investigations reporting root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews.Work and align efforts with the Physical Security COE to manage third-party security vendors contracts and on-site personnel across multiple countries. Ensure quality compliance and performance.Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations concerning security and data privacy. Support internal and external audits and maintain documentation.Collaborate and work with the Training COE to deliver security awareness programs for employees.
