Head of Operations

We have an exciting exclusive role with our nationwide financial services provider client, who has recently undergone a number of acquisitions, and our looking to bring on a Head of Operations to manage on an interim-basis.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Develop, improve and implement operational strategies and process improvement plans to increase productivity, reduce cost whilst ensuring quality and service levels are maintained
- Collaborate with Senior Operations Team to ensure acquisitions and clients are on-boarded smoothly ensuring continuity of service
- Evaluate individual and team performance management including capability and capacity planning
- Monitor and provide regular MI reporting on team performance and productivity, SLAs and workloads as required

**Experience and Skills**:

- Coming from a strong background within an FCA regulated environment, preferably IFA/Financial Planning with astute commercial and business awareness
- Having experience in acquisitions/mergers
- Ability to utilise technology, systems/software to manage advice-based businesses
