This role is a crucial role within the ecommerce team and will support with all aspects of the online trading for 2 flagship websites. The eCommerce Trading Coordinator will be optimising conversion rates, optimising user experience and looking for the best ways to deliver product placement and website journeys. They will be analytical and provide reports and insight where appropriate. They will also manage promotions, the product catalogue as well as other crucial operational tasks.

**Main Responsibilities of the eCommerce Trading Coordinator**
- Optimisations to product rankings and other merchandising rules
- Improving product recommendations across the site
- Producing and utilising promotional vouchers to support marketing campaigns and other offers
- Supplying the navigation points to optimise the customer journey
- Managing the product workflow, liaising with brands and photographers on imagery and uploading to the site
- Improving onsite search using dedicated 3rd party software
- Where applicable support with product enrichment in the form of data, categorisation and setup of new products and categories
- Maintaining the running of daily and weekly sales reports including written analysis on performance
- Review site performance and react to any trends using up to date tools such as Google Analytics
- Taking the lead on conversion rate optimisation and testing within the Trade team, conducting UX analysis, gathering behavioural data and co-ordinating AB tests on a regular basis

- Experience in Merchandising, Trade or UX
- Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge along with report writing experience
- A genuine interest in fashion, jewellery, and watches
- A enthusiasm for online shopping and seamless digital experiences
- Top attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
- Capability to excel working towards tight deadlines in a fast-pace, reactive environment
- Capacity to communicate effectively to a range of stakeholders
