**The Brand**:
A rapidly expanding brand, our client is a well-known retailor looking for a **Merchandiser** to head up their Retail and Ecommerce business. This growing business, who have just had it's best Christmas yet, has stores in most major cities in the UK and is looking to expand into Europe this year. This is an amazing opportunityfor somebody looking to drive their career forward by working within a smaller business who encourages autonomous and supportive working. You will be working directly with the Head of Retail to make all Merchandising decisions whilst receiving a competitivesalary.
**About the Role**:
As **Merchandiser**, you will work closely with the Buying team, to provide analytical support to successfully trade the business. This is an incredible opportunity to be exposed to all aspects of a growing business whilst working in a relaxed,fun and people-focussed environment. **Key responsibilities include**:
- Create and manage department strategy inline with business KPI’s
- Coach and develop junior members of the team
- Ensure Buying team have all the information to range build a profitable offer
**You have/are**:
- Solid core merchandise planning skills including experience of managing budgets, WSSI and OTB.
- Highly motivated, commercially minded with a passion for fashion
- The confidence to challenge and find solutions when working with senior stake-holders
