As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced **ECO Telesales Advisor / Telemarketer / Energy Sales Advisor / Outbound Calls / Inbound Calls** in ECO4 GBIS industry to join our dynamic team and help drive performance. Our office is based in **Glasgow**.

**Role Overview**:
Your role will be crucial in engaging potential customers, closing sales, and helping grow the business through **effective telesales strategies**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **outbound/Inbound calls** to potential customers, promoting our energy solutions.
- Become an expert on our **services and products**, effectively communicating their benefits.
- Handle objections professionally to **maximize conversion rates**.
- Maintain **accurate records** of leads, calls, and sales in the company’s **CRM system**.
- Confirm **survey appointments** and manage time changes or cancellations.
- Verify customer **eligibility for funding** and discuss available options in a professional manner.
- Book **survey appointments** for home assessments with the goal of securing funding.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience in Telemarketing in the renewable energy sector**:

- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Strong ability to handle objections and convert opportunities into sales.
- Proficiency in using **CRM**software and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive, data-driven mindset with a passion for driving sales success**.**
