Position: Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Ashby-De-La-Zouch
**Salary**: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30
Contract: Permanent
Our client is an independent law firm established almost 200 years ago based in the Leicestershire area. Working for them, you'd be joining a professional, friendly and dynamic team who strive to provide excellent client care.
They are currently looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor
- Dealing with sales and purchases and providing advice on complex land law issues
- Handling the full remit of leasehold transactions (including asset management)
- Managing own caseload and assisting with the firm's marketing initiatives
- Business Development (including networking)
- Showing commerciality in drafting documents and resolving transaction issues
- Providing exceptional client care
- Diligent and accurate use of the firms Case Management System
Required Skills & Experience of the Commercial Property Solicitor
- Experience of working within a busy Commercial Property department
- An Unrestricted Practicing Certificate
- Ideally a qualified Solicitor with 4 years PQE (less and more are considered)
- Working knowledge of Land Registry procedures/requirements and SDLT and HMRC procedures/requirements
- Exceptional client care skills
- A highly organised approach and the ability to prioritise
