Then this could be the perfect environment for you.The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fee earner to join the Trusts and Tax team and manage a diverse caseload with a high level of autonomy. You’ll work with high‑net‑worth individuals, business owners, landowners, and charities on a range of complex matters, including:Farming partnerships and lifetime trustsComplex tax and estate planningWill Trusts and Trust administrationCorporate Trustees, winding up of Trusts, and charitable TrustsDo you enjoy building strong client relationships and providing tailored, high‑quality advice in a collaborative environment? You’ll ensure each matter progresses efficiently, maintaining exceptional standards of client communication and compliance with Law Society and firm‑wide quality standards. You’ll also assist the Head of Department with departmental growth and contribute to business development initiatives through networking and marketing activities.YouThe ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEX with extensive experience in Trusts and Tax work.
