Curo, is an established, leading housing association based in Bath, with over 15,000 homes in our care. We have an executive team of 6 united in their vision for ‘Homes for Good’. We are seeking a dependable individual to take on a short-term 3-month Fixed Term Contract as an Executive Assistant.

**More about you**

As an Executive Assistant, this role offers you the opportunity to work closely with our executive team and leadership group, contributing to the success of high-level projects and initiatives. Leveraging your background in executive support, ideally with some project support experience, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the executives are supported efficiently and effectively to deliver our strategy. This position allows you to showcase and further develop your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks with ease

You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment where your advanced digital literacy, including expertise in the MS Office suite and digital meeting platforms will be highly valued. Additionally, your ability to draft high-quality minutes and follow up on actions will position you as a trusted and indispensable member of the team. This is a role where your proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and 'can-do' attitude will not only shine but also make a meaningful impact at the highest level at Curo.

**What you'll be doing**

You’ll be providing effective executive support to some of our most senior leaders, including Chief Customer Officer, Chief People Officer and Chief Property Officer, as well as to our Board. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Proactive diary management of the Executive Team.
- Provide proactive support to the executive team by managing schedules, tracking tasks, and ensuring accountability for timely completion of actions.
- Prepare meeting packs, attend and minute all senior level meetings involving the Executive Team or other colleagues as allocated by the Executive Team.
- Draft, review and edit reports on behalf of the Executive team to specific deadlines.

**When and where you'll be doing it**

You’ll be primarily based at our Bath head office a minimum of 3-4 days a week, attending in person at key meetings, with the option for flexibility.
